摘要
红庆河煤矿主井提升机采用西门子9 000 kW内装电机式矿井提升机,在运行中因电动机风冷系统在电动机两端轴承轮毂内通过时,出现风口温度高的现象,造成轴承超温。通过分析、反复调整及多方试验,确定了轴承温度控制的可靠方案。通过实际运行,该改造方案能确保主提升设备可靠运行。
The main shaft hoist of Hongqing River Coal Mine adopts SIEMENS9000kW inner mounted motor type mine hoist.In operation,when the air cooling system of motor is passed through the bearing hub of both ends of the motor,the outlet temperature is high,which causes the bearing to be overheated.Through analysis,repeated adjustment and multiple tests,a reliable scheme for bearing temperature control has been determined.Through the actual operation,the transformation plan can ensure the reliable operation of the main hoisting equipment.
