摘要
技术工人承担着将科学技术转化为生产力的重要任务,是企业发展的支柱力量。目前技术工人短缺已经成为许多企业尤其是中小企业面临的难题。因此,建立技术工人绩效激励机制,提高其技术水平,调动其生产积极性,有效地挖掘技术工人的潜能,对我国中小企业十分重要。本文通过实证研究,测度了中小企业技术工人激励因素满意度,并通过激励因素与工作行为间的回归分析,提出技术工人激励的一系列措施。
Skilled workers bear important task of transforming science and technology into productivity.The current shortage of skilled workers has become a serious problem for many Chinese enterprises,especially small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs).Therefore,it is very urgent for China's SMEs to establish a mechanism of promoting skilled workers'performance,improve their technical level,and mobilize their production enthusiasm.Through empirical research,this paper measures skilled workers'satisfaction of incentive factors in SMEs,and proposes a series of incentive measures through regression analysis between incentive factors and work behaviors.
