摘要
某公司进行低氮燃烧器改造后多台机组发生燃烧不稳事件。分析了改造对锅炉运行的安全性、经济性、氮氧化物排放等方面的影响。以发生灭火的5台改造机组为重点,从锅炉校核计算、改造安装、冷态验收、热态调整方面,对低氮燃烧器改造及运行优化提出了建议。
After low-nitrogen burner reformation,the combustion instability of a company occurred in several units. The impacts of the reform on the safety,economy and nitrogen oxide emissions of the boiler were analyzed. Focusing on the five reformed units that have been in loss of ignition,analyzed from the aspects of boiler check calculation,retrofit installation,cold state acceptance and thermal state adjustment,useful suggestions for the modification and operation optimization for low-nitrogen burners are proposed.
