摘要
以某公司2×330 MW机组为例,分析了给水泵汽轮机在运行中一台主油泵跳闸,另一台油泵联启过程中润滑油压偏低造成给水泵汽轮机跳闸的问题。通过理论分析及现场试验,找出了油泵联启油压低的原因,制定相应改进措施并实施后,提高了机组运行的安全性。
Taking 2 × 330 MW units of a company as an example,the problems that one of the main oil pumps tripped during the operation of feed water pump turbine and another feed water pump turbine tripped during its abnormal joint since the pressure of lubricating oil was low are analyzed. Through theoretical analysis and field test,the reasons for the low joint oil pressure of the oil pump are found out,and the corresponding improvement measures are implemented to improve the safety of the unit operation.
