摘要
建立与培养目标相匹配的培养模式是职教师资队伍建设的一个重要环节。文章根据系统理论和协同学理论,在对职教师资培养模式现状分析的基础上,按照职教师资的培养需要满足学术性、师范性、职业性进行耦合的同时,探讨了多元协同的职教师资培养模式问题。
It is an important link in the construction of vocational education teaching staff to establish a training mode matched with the training target.On the basis of the analysis of the present situation of the training mode of vocational education teaching staff,according to the system theory and synergy theory,and the coupling of the training of vocational teaching staff to the academic,pedagogical and professional features,this paper probes into the problems of the training mode of vocational education teaching staff with multiple synergy.
