摘要
我国人口众多,地域辽阔,是一个农业大国,农业水利工程是关乎国计民生的大事,本篇文章从质量提升、制度保障、工作力度强化等三方面入手,切实提升农业水利工程的整体质量,为人民造福。主要探析了现存于农业水利工程建设与管理中的问题,并提出了几点相对应的处理对策,为促进农业发展尽绵薄之力。
China has a large population and vast territory.It is a big agricultural country.Agricultural water conservancy project is a major matter concerning the national economy and people's livelihood.This article starts from three aspects:quality improvement,system guarantee and work intensity strengthening,to effectively improve the overall quality of agricultural water conservancy project and benefit the people.This paper mainly probes into the problems existing in the construction and management of agricultural water conservancy projects,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures to promote agricultural development.
