3种兔眼蓝莓品种光合特性的比较 被引量:3

摘要 以兔眼类蓝莓品种园蓝、杰兔、昂斯萝为材料,探讨其光合日变化.试验结果显示,光合有效辐射(PAR)对兔眼蓝莓中园蓝、杰兔、昂斯萝三个品种的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和胞间CO2浓度(Ci)影响不同,随着PAR增加,Tr、Pn和Gs明显上升,Ci先急剧降低后稳定;昂斯萝的净光合速率比园蓝、杰兔高,光合能力强;昂斯萝的气孔导度在不同光合有效辐射下均最高,即气孔交换能力最强;叶面积越大,Pn上升速度越快;不同品种的蓝莓气孔密度存在差异,昂斯萝的气孔密度最大,园蓝与杰兔无明显差异,且昂斯萝日均Pn也最大;兔眼蓝莓三个品种中杰兔具有较强的适应强光能力,适合在南方地区推广栽培. In this paper,we studied the diurnal changes of photosynthesis in the rabbiteye blueberry cultivars‘Garden’,‘Premier’,‘Angsiluo’.The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),transpiration rate(Tr)and intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci)of the three varieties of rabbiteye blueberry were different under PAR(PAR).With the increase of PAR,Tr,Pn and Gs increased significantly,and Ci first decreased dramatically and then stabilized.The net photosynthetic rate of‘Angsiluo’was higher than that of‘Garden’and‘Premier’.The stomatal conductance of‘Angsiluo’was the highest under different photosynthetic effective radiation,that is,the stomatal exchange capacity is the strongest.The larger the leaf area,the faster the Pn rise;there was a difference in stoma density between different varieties of blueberry.Among the rabbiteyes,‘Angsiluo’had the largest stoma density.The three varieties of rabbiteye blueberry have strong ability to adapt to strong light,which is suitable for popularizing and cultivating in southern area.
