摘要
目的 :探讨高频超声引导病变部位注射相比传统痛点注射治疗肩周炎的疗效差异,以期选择最理想的方法,提高临床疗效。方法 :选取我科100例符合研究要求的肩周炎确诊患者,均分为对照组(痛点注射)和实验组(高频超声引导下病变部位注射),比较两组患者肩关节功能(Constant-Murley评分)、肩关节疼痛程度(NRS评分)和临床疗效的统计学差异。结果:实验组患者治疗1个月、3个月、6个月后,其肩关节功能评分及疼痛评分均明显低优于对照组;6个月后,实验组患者总治愈率优于对照组。结论 :高频超声引导病变部位注射对肩周炎疗效显著,症状改善明显。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of high-frequency ultrasound-guided lesion injection on periarthritis of shoulder compared with the traditional pain points injection so as to select the most ideal method and improve the clinical curative effect.Methods:One hundred cases of patients with periarthritis of shoulder who meet the research requirements at diagnosis were selected and divided into a control group(treated with pain points injection and an experimental group(high frequency ultrasound-guided lesion injection)with 50 cases each.The joint function of shoulder(Constant-Murley score),the degree of shoulder joint pain(NRS score)and the statistical differences of clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results:Constant-Murley scores and NRS scores were significantly better in the experimental group than the control group at one month,three months and six months after treatment,and the total cure rate was higher in the experimental group than the control group at six months after treatment.Conclusion:High frequency ultrasound-guided lesion injection possesses a good effect on periarthritis of shoulder and can significantly improve symptoms.
