摘要
目的分析营养治疗对符合代谢综合征标准的2型糖尿病患者临床治疗效果及饮食结构的影响。方法从本院2015年1月—2018年1月接收的符合代谢综合征标准的2型糖尿病患者中,随机抽取50例患者,将其按照入院顺序进行奇偶排序,25例奇数患者作为观察组,接受营养治疗,25例偶数患者作为对照组,接受常规治疗。对比两组患者治疗后血糖控制情况以及血糖稳定性情况。结果治疗前,两组患者FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c均低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论符合代谢综合征标准的2型糖尿病接受营养治疗效果确切,能够起到控制和稳定血糖的作用,帮助患者建立健康的饮食结构。
Objective To explore the effect of medical nutrition treatment on the clinical treatment effect and diet structure of type 2 diabetes patients with metabolic syndrome.Methods From January 2015 to January 2018,50 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus with metabolic syndrome in our hospital were randomly selected and sorted with odd-even numbers according to admission order,25 patients with odd numbers were selected as observation group,and they were treated with nutrition therapy,25 patients with even number were selected as control group,and they were treated with routine treatment.The blood glucose control and blood glucose stability of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of nutrition therapy for metabolic syndrome and type 2 diabetes mellitus is exact,which can control stable blood glucose and help patients to establish healthy diet structure.
