摘要
目的:通过建立医学装备试用管理制度,实现对医院医学装备试用的规范化管理,提升医学装备的管理效率。方法:分析医学装备试用管理现状,指出存在的问题,提出医学装备试用规范化管理的策略,归纳医学装备试用管理过程中应重点关注的环节。结果:该策略包含对医务人员的宣传教育、规范统一的政策流程以及监督惩罚机制,覆盖了医学装备试用的整个周期,改进了传统的试用管理手段,提升了管理效益。结论:医学装备试用规范化管理策略达到了提高装备管理效率、节约使用成本和降低安全风险的效果,是医院医学装备管理的重要组成部分。
Objective To realize trial standardized management of hospital medical equipment to enhance medical equipment management.Methods The present situation and problems of medical equipment trial were analyzed,and some measures were put forward accordingly,and the key links were pointed out during medical equipment trial management.Results The measures involved in the issues of education of medical personnel,standardization of flow as well as supervision and punishing mechanism,which covered whole-course medical equipment trial and enhanced management efficiency.Conclusion The measures proposed increases management efficiency,decreases utilization cost and safety risk,and contribute a lot to hospital medical equipment management.
