摘要
目的:探讨放疗技师在医用直线加速器放疗中的操作规范及安全意识,以提高设备使用的安全性。方法:分析放疗技师使用加速器时相关操作规范、操作加速器过程中存在的主要安全问题,并采取针对性措施积极应对安全问题。结果:对安全问题实施干预后,医院放疗技师使用加速器安全意识平均评分显著高于干预前,操作规范平均评分显著高于干预前。结论:根据实际情况采取有效措施积极应对安全性问题,可显著提升放疗技师仪器使用的安全意识,提高仪器设备操作的规范性,进而提高仪器设备的使用安全性。
Objective To explore the operation specification and safety consciousness of the radiotherapy technician during medical linear accelerator therapy.Methods The operation specification and safety problems of the medical linear accelerator were analyzed,and some countermeasures were put forward accordingly.Results The operation and safety consciousness of the radiotherapy technician were both enhanced greatly.Conclusion The enhanced operation and safety consciousness contribute to improving the utilization safety of the medical linear accelerator.
