摘要
在电力行业中,断路器是主要用于故障电路关合和高压电源隔离,应用范围比较广泛。断路器装配精度直接影响到设备的开距、行程以及合闸时间。目前主要采用人工装配焊接的方式进行断路器装配,很难保证各零件间的装配精度。针对上述问题,设计了一种新型断路器装配焊接工装,对传统装配焊接工装结构与关键技术进行优化,提升了断路器装配工艺。
In the power industry,circuit breakers are mainly used for fault circuit closure and high voltage power isolation,and the application range is relatively wide.The assembly accuracy of the circuit breaker directly affects the mechanical characteristics such as the opening distance,stroke and closing time of the equipment.At present,the assembly of the circuit breaker is mainly carried out by means of manual assembly and welding,and it is difficult to ensure the assembly precision between the parts.In view of the above problems,this paper designs a new type of circuit breaker assembly welding tool,optimizes the traditional assembly welding tooling structure and key technology,and improves the assembly process of the circuit breaker.
