摘要 采用DZ125合金制备某型航空发动机涡轮叶片时,发现叶片榫头处存在大量缺陷而报废。通过金相检验(OM)、扫描电镜分析(SEM)等方法,对缺陷的形成原因进行了研究。结果表明,叶片榫头处的缺陷为大尺寸的疏松。由于合金终凝温度较低,在浇注叶片时容易造成榫头部位凝固滞后,从而产生大量疏松。通过延长保温时间、降低抽拉速度等方法,可以大大减少涡轮叶片中此类缺陷的存在。 When DZ125 alloy was used to prepare turbine blade of aircraft engine,it was found that there were a lot of defects at the tenon of the blade.The causes of defects were studied by means of metallographic examination(OM)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The result shows that the defect of blade tenon is loose in large size.Due to the low final solidification temperature of the alloy,it is easy to cause the solidification lag at the tenon when pouring the blade,resulting in a large amount of loose.Such defects in turbine blades can be greatly reduced by extending the insulation time and reducing the drawing speed.
