摘要
随着选矿厂工艺水平的不断提高和选矿规模的逐渐加大,选矿厂设计和日常生产中对浆体浓度、流速、流量要求越来越高,从而使离心泵选型在选矿厂实际生产中显得尤为重要。离心泵选型中的几个重要技术参数,如流量、扬程、轴功率、效率、流速、管网等需综合考虑,才能做到离心泵的精确选型,以满足生产工艺各项需求。同时离心泵安装过程中常见的几个问题,如汽蚀;流量、扬程、轴功率在转速、叶轮直径、介质比重发生变化后的变量关系;离心泵串并联关系等均不容忽视,会直接影响到选矿厂日常生产中流程的稳定性,对选矿厂生产任务、生产指标的完成有至关重要的作用。离心泵精确选型能够降低运行成本,提高经济效益。
With the continuous improvement of the technological level of the ore dressing plant and the gradual increase of the size of the Ore dressing plant,the requirements of slurry concentration,flow rate and flow rate in the design and daily production of the Ore dressing plant are getting higher and higher,which makes the centrifugal pump selection particularly important in the actual production of the Ore dressing plant.Several important technical parameters in the selection of centrifugal pump,such as flow,head,shaft power,efficiency,flow rate,pipe network and so on,need to be considered comprehensively in order to achieve accurate selection of centrifugal pump to meet the production process requirements.At the same time,some common problems in the installation process of centrifugal pump,such as cavitation,variable relationship of flow,head and shaft power after the change of rotational speed,impeller diameter and medium specific gravity,series-parallel relationship of centrifugal pump can not be ignored,which will directly affect the stability of the daily production process of the Ore dressing plant and the production task of the Ore dressing plant.The completion of production targets plays a vital role.The precise selection of centrifugal pumps can reduce operating costs and increase economic benefits.
