摘要
阐述了海绵城市的内涵和重要意义,分析了城市建设思路和主要的规划技术方法,探讨了推进海绵城市建设的问题,以期促进我国城镇合理控制和规划。
This paper expounds the connotation and significance of sponge city,analyzes the urban construction ideas and main planning techniques,and probes into the problems of promoting the construction of sponge city,in order to promote the rational control and planning of cities and towns in China.
