摘要
目的探讨牵正散联合生物电穴位刺激治疗周围性面瘫的临床效果。方法将108例周围性面瘫患者随机分为A组、B组和C组,各36例。3组均给予常规药物治疗,同时B组给予生物电穴位刺激治疗,C组给予牵正散联合生物电穴位刺激治疗。检测并比较3组治疗前、治疗后10 d及20 d患侧面神经肌电图波幅和潜伏期,及治疗后20 d的疗效。结果随着时间延长,3组的面神经肌电图波幅逐渐增大,而潜伏期逐渐缩短(P <0. 05);治疗后10 d及20 d,C组的面神经肌电图波幅大于其他两组,而潜伏期短于其他两组(均P <0. 05)。C组治疗有效率高于A组(P <0. 05),但A组与B组差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上,牵正散联合生物电穴位刺激治疗周围性面瘫更利于面神经功能的恢复,疗效更好。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Qianzheng Powder combined with bioelectrical acupoint stimulation for peripheral facial paralysis.Methods A total of108patients with peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,with36cases in each group.The three groups received conventional medicine,group B was also treated with bioelectric acupoint stimulation,and group C with Qianzheng Powder combined with bioelectric acupoint stimulation.Before treatment,after10and20days of treatment,the electromyogram amplitude and latent period of the affected nerve were measured and compared among the three groups,and the efficacy after20days of treatment was compared as well.Results In the three groups,the electromyogram amplitudes of facial nerve increased but the latent periods decreased gradually by the time(P<0.05);after10and20days of treatment,group C had greater electromyogram amplitude of facial nerve and shorter latent period compared with the other two groups(all P<0.05).The effective rate for treatment in group C was higher than that in group A(P<0.05),but no significant difference was found between group A and group B(P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of the conventional therapy,Qianzheng Powder combined with bioelectrical acupoint stimulation is more beneficial to the recovery of facial never function and obtains a better efficacy for peripheral facial paralysis.
