摘要
研究了采用水热法,以葡萄糖预还原法制备的Cu2O为原料、NaH_2PO_2为分散剂制备超细铜粉,考察了NaH_2PO_2对超细铜粉分散性、粒径的影响,借助XRD、SEM、激光粒度分析仪分析铜粉成分、微观形貌、平均粒径。结果表明:当葡萄糖与NaH_2PO_2质量比为4∶4时可以改善超细铜粉的形貌、分散性;应用价键理论解释了NaH_2PO_2在超细铜粉制备过程中的作用。
The ultrafine copper powder was prepared by hydrothermal method using glucose as raw material and NaH2PO2 as dispersing agent.The effects of NaH2PO2 on the dispersion and particle size of ultrafine copper powder were examined.The composition,morphology and average particle size of the copper powder were investigated by XRD,SEM and laser particle size analyzer.The results show that under the condition of mass ratio of glucose-to-NaH2PO2 of 4∶4,the morphology and dispersion of the ultrafine copper powder can be improved.The bond theory is used to explain the role of NaH2PO2.
