瘤胃保护性5-羟基色氨酸对绵羊胃肠道内容物和血浆中5-羟基色氨酸、褪黑素含量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 本试验旨在研究绵羊胃肠道内容物中褪黑素的分布特点,探究瘤胃保护性5-羟基色氨酸对绵羊胃肠道内容物和血浆中5-羟基色氨酸、褪黑素含量的影响,探讨通过5-羟基色氨酸调节绵羊肠道中褪黑素合成的可能性。试验选取健康、平均体重为(47.79±3.70) kg的3岁哈萨克母羊15只,按体重分为3组,每组5只,分别为对照组和试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组。每天每只羊的粉状精料饲喂量为体重的1.2%,玉米青贮饲喂量为0.9 kg,混合干草自由采食,在此基础上,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组羊只分别饲喂111、222 mg/kg BW瘤胃保护性5-羟基色氨酸,进行15 d的饲养试验。结果表明:绵羊胃肠道内容物中5-羟基色氨酸含量的分布特点是盲肠>空肠、结肠>瘤胃液、十二指肠、回肠;褪黑素含量分布特点是十二指肠>瘤胃液、空肠>回肠、盲肠>结肠。除盲肠和结肠外,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组绵羊胃肠道内容物中5-羟基色氨酸含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。试验Ⅱ组十二指肠内容物中5-羟色胺、N-乙酰-5-羟色胺含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),结肠内容物中5-羟色胺、N-乙酰-5-羟色胺含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组空肠、回肠内容物中5-羟色胺、N-乙酰-5-羟色胺含量极显著低于对照组、试验Ⅱ组(P <0.01)。试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组结肠内容物中褪黑素含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组十二指肠、空肠内容物中5-羟基吲哚乙酸含量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),但试验Ⅱ组盲肠、结肠内容物中5-羟基吲哚乙酸含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。试验Ⅱ组血浆中5-羟基色氨酸、5-羟色胺、褪黑素含量均显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。由此可见,绵羊胃肠道内容物中5-羟基色氨酸含量的分布特点是:盲肠>空肠、结肠>瘤胃液、十二指肠、回肠;褪黑素含量分布特点是:十二指肠>瘤胃液、空肠>回肠、盲肠>结肠。瘤胃保护性5-羟基色氨酸补喂量为222 This study aimed to investigate the distribution of melatonin in gastrointestinal tract digesta of sheep,to study the effects of rumen protected 5-hydroxytryptophan(5-HTP)on contents of 5-HTP,melatonin in gastrointestinal tract digesta and plasma of sheep,and to explore the possibility of regulating sheep gastrointestinal tract melatonin synthesis by 5-HTP.Fifteen 3-year-old Kazak sheep with an average body weight of(47.79±3.70)kg were divided into 3 groups(control group,trial groupⅠand trial groupⅡ)with 3 sheep per group.All sheep were fed 1.2%body weight powder concentrate,and 0.9 kg corn silage per sheep per day,and had free feeding mixed with hay,additionally,each sheep in trail groupsⅠandⅡwas fed 111 and 222 mg/kg BW rumen protected 5-HTP,respectively.The feeding experiment lasted for 15 days.The results showed that the distribution characteristics of the content of 5-HTP in gastrointestinal tract digesta of sheep were:caecum>jejunum,colon>rumen fluid,duodenum,ileum;and the distribution characteristics of melatonin content were:duodenum>rumen fluid,jejunum>ileum,caecum>colon.Expect caecum and colon,the content of 5-HTP in gastrointestinal tract digesta of sheep in trail groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The contents of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and N-acetylserotonin(NAS)in duodenum digesta in trail groupⅡwere significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the contents of 5-HT and NAS in colon digesta in trail groupⅡwere significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the contents of 5-HT and NAS in jejunum and ileum digesta in trial groupⅠwere significantly lower than those in the control group and trial groupⅡ(P<0.01).The content of melatonin in colon digesta in trail groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The content of 5-hydroxyindoleaceticacid(5-HIAA)in duodenum and jejunum digesta in trail groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01),however
