摘要
跨境电商将国际贸易和电子商务有机结合,是"互联网+"时代发展对外贸易的新模式。我国跨境电商行业快速发展导致人才需求增加,河北省跨境电商人才供求存在数量和结构失衡问题。传统外贸与跨境电商岗位职责和人才需求有较大差异,目前国贸专业人才培养模式存在四个问题。河北工程技术学院作为新设应用型本科高校,要根据职业岗位优化课程体系,提升校内外实训效果,加强实践型教师队伍建设,校企合作培育实用型人才。
Cross-border e-commerce combines international trade with electronic commerce,which is a new model of developing foreign trade in the era of“Internet+”.The rapid development of China’s cross-border e-commerce industry has led to an increase in the demand for talents.There are imbalances in the quantity and structure of the supply and demand of cross-border e-commerce talents in Hebei province.There are great differences between traditional foreign trade and cross-border e-commerce in job responsibilities and talent needs.At present,there are four problems in the cultivation model of international trade profession talents.As a new application-oriented undergraduate university,Hebei Polytechnic Institute should optimize the curriculum system according to vocational posts to enhance the effect of training inside and outside the school,strengthen the construction of practical teachers and train practical talents by cooperation between school and enterprise.
