摘要
以硝酸为胶溶剂胶溶拟薄水铝石,测定不同H+/Al3+下拟薄水铝石的胶溶指数和γ-Al OOH溶胶的粒径、Zeta电位与p H,对拟薄水铝石胶溶前后进行XRD、IR分析和SEM观察,探讨拟薄水铝石的胶溶机理。研究结果表明,随着H+/Al3+增大,拟薄水铝石的胶溶呈现四个阶段,即拟薄水铝石颗粒肢解阶段、溶胶形成阶段、溶胶稳定阶段和溶胶开始失稳阶段;胶溶前后拟薄水铝石的微晶结构未发生改变,但粒子尺寸显著变小;由于层间水的存在导致拟薄水铝石晶胞堆垛层错,晶格畸变,在H+的静电斥力作用下拟薄水铝石颗粒被肢解而胶溶。
Pseudo-boehmite was peptized with nitric acid as peptizator.In order to research the peptizing process and peptizing mechanism of the pseudo-boehmite,peptize index of the pseudo-boehmite,particle size,Zeta potential and pH of γ-AlOOH sol were measured at different H^+/Al^3+ratio,XRD and IR were analyzed,SEM was observed before and after peptizing of the pseudo-boehmite.It has been showed that the peptizing process of the pseudo-boehmite presented four stages with the increase of H^+/Al^3+ ratio:dissolution of the pseudo-boehmite particle,formation of sol,stabilization of sol and instability of sol.During peptizing process of the pseudo-boehmite,particle size of the pseudo-boehmite has been markedly decreased,micro-crystalline structure of the pseudo-boehmite has not been changed.The existence of inter-layer water caused the stacking faults and lattice distortion of the pseudo-boehmite crystal cell,then,with the effect of the electrostatic repulsion of H+,particles of the pseudo-boehmite were dismembered,and sol was formed.
