膨润土的剥离及其对水泥浆体悬浮性影响 被引量:2

摘要 为研究膨润土以及不同剥离程度的膨润土对新拌水泥浆体的悬浮性和强度发展的影响,采用高速搅拌、超声处理和添加磷化剂的方法对钠基膨润土进行逐步剥离,通过剥离膨润土对水泥浆体泌水性的改善效果表征其对水泥的悬浮性,通过XRD、SEM表征膨润土的剥离状态,并分析其作用机理。研究表明:膨润土在未进行剥离条件下对水泥浆体的悬浮效果虽然随粒径减小而改善,但效果并不显著。经高速搅拌、超声处理和添加磷化剂三种方式依次处理后,其对水泥浆的悬浮性能逐渐增强,膨润土逐渐被剥离。且少量处理后剥离膨润土能显著提高水泥石早期强度。 In order to study the effect of bentonite and bentonite with different degree of exfoliation on the suspensibility and strength development of fresh cement paste,high-speed stirring,ultrasonic treatment and the addition of phosphating agent method were used to gradually stripping sodium bentonite,by exfoliating bentonite effects on the improvement of water slurry cement on the performance of the suspension of cement,XRD,SEM characterized the stripping of bentonite status and analysid its mechanism of action.Studies show that:the effect of suspending bentonite on cement paste without peeling is improved with the decrease of particle size,but the effect is not significant.After high-speed stirring,ultrasonic treatment and adding phosphating agent in three ways,the suspension performance of cement slurry is gradually enhanced,and bentonite is gradually stripped.After a small amount of treatment,stripping bentonite can significantly improve the early strength of cement stone.
