摘要
信管专业作为大数据最贴近的专业之一,转型培养大数据人才具有必要性和可行性。在信管专业大数据人才培养的现状分析基础上,从大数据人才界定、专业培养方向、课程设置、师资力量、培养模式、招生与就业6个方面提出信管专业大数据人才培养的转型路径。
The information management major is one of the majors most close to big data,so it is necessary and feasible for the major to orient itself to the cultivation of big data talents.Based on analyzing the current situation of big data talent cultivation in the major,this paper puts forward the path for the transformation of the major to the cultivation of big data talents in terms of six aspects,including the definition of big data talents,the direction of cultivation,curriculum setting,teaching staff,training mode,enrollment and employment.
