摘要
毛毡是皮革摩擦色牢度测试的重要影响因素之一。本文比较了不同皮革摩擦色牢度测试标准对毛毡的参数要求,分析了国内检测机构所用毛毡的参数指标,研究了不同规格毛毡对皮革摩擦色牢度试验的影响。结果表明,国产毛毡满足国标参数要求,进口毛毡单位面积质量与国标要求不符,采用进口毛毡摩擦比国产毛毡摩擦后所测的摩擦色牢度级别更低。
Wool felt is one of the important factors influencing the color fastness to rubbing of leather.In this paper,the parameters of felt in different leather rubbing color fastness testing standards are compared.The parameters of the felt used by domestic testing institutions are analyzed.And the effects of different specifications of felt on the color fastness test of leather are also studied.The results show that the domestic wool felt could meet the requirements of national standard.The quality of imported felt per unit area is inconsistent with the national standard requirements.Besides,the results of rubbing color fastness of imported wool felt are lower than those of domestic wool felt.
