A Wireless Sensor Based on 3-Mercaptopropyl Sulfonic Acid Membrane Modified Gold Electrode for Detection of Hg^(2+)

摘要 设计了一种基于3-巯基丙磺酸膜(MPS)修饰金电极的新型无线传感装置,此装置采用远程控制,通过无线电子发射模块与接收模块传输电位量测数据,实现了对Hg^(2+)的远程超灵敏监测。采用扫描电子显微镜、X-射线光电子能谱、电化学阻抗谱与循环伏安等方法表征了MPS膜电极响应Hg^(2+)前后的表面特性,发现含有末端磺酸基的MPS膜通过静电吸附作用识别结合Hg^(2+),这是由于形成了双电层结构而产生膜电位变化。在pH 6.0的Tris-HCl缓冲溶液中,此电极对Hg^(2+)的线性响应范围为1.0×10^(-8)~1.0×10^(-3)mol/L,响应斜率为59.08 mV/(-pC)(25℃),检出限为8.3 nmol/L。且此膜电极响应快,响应时间为8 s,具有良好的稳定性、重现性和选择性。将此装置用于实际水样中微量汞离子含量的无线测定,回收率为93.7%~101.9%,表明其在环境水质实时监测领域有良好的应用前景。 A novel wireless sensing device was designed by adopting remote controlling procedure through wireless electronic transmitting/receiving modules for acquiring potential data based on 3-mercaptopropanesulfonic acid (MPS) modified gold electrode,which could be applied to remote ultrasensitive monitoring of Hg^2+. The surface properties of MPS membrane electrodes with Hg^2+combined and uncombined were characterized by means of SEM,XPS,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry,indicating that the MPS containing the terminal of sulfonic group exhibited good recognition interaction toward Hg^2+ through electrostatic adsorption,which was due to the formation of double electric layer resulting in change of membrane potential. In Tris-HCl buffer solution (pH = 6.0),the MPS membrane electrode had good linear relationship between potential response and Hg^2+concentration in the range of 1. 0 × 10^-8-1.0×10^-3 mol/L with a slope of 59. 08 m V/(-pC) (25℃),and the detection limit was calculated to be 8.31 nmol/L. In addition,the MPS-based wireless sensor displayed fast response time,i. e. 8 s,with good stability,reproducibility and selectivity. This method was successfully used for the determination of Hg^2+ in real water samples with recovery of 93. 7%-101. 9%,showing important application prospects in real-time monitoring of environmental water.
