摘要
当今图书馆面临着创新、转型和可持续发展的竞争压力,传统的自上而下的垂直领导模式使图书馆无力应对环境与技术的冲击,作为多变环境下产物的适应性领导力理论,有望协助图书馆解决难题。文章通过分析适应性领导力的概念、内涵,及在香港科技大学的案例应用,旨在构建适应性领导力在图书馆的应用模式,为其在图书馆的普遍适用提供参考与借鉴。
In modern society,library has been facing complicated competition of innovation,transformation and sustainable development.The traditional and vertical leadership structure has made libraries can't deal with the culture and technology shock.Adaptive leadership emerged as the times required,may be helpful for libraries to resolve problems.This paper analyzed the concept and connotation of adaptive leadership,then summarized the application cases in HKUST,and at last tried to build an application model of adaptive leadership in libraries,so as to provide references for general applicability.
