摘要
特色是大学的生命线,走特色发展之路已成为世界各国高等教育改革与发展的重要趋势。财经类高校在特色发展时,要处理好“办特色”与“入主流”的关系,既要保持特色传统,又要“入主流”与时俱进;要处理好“办特色”与“创一流”的关系,创建高水平有特色的研究型大学;要处理好“办特色”与强化通识教育的关系,培养厚基础的应用创新型人才;要处理好特色专业与一般专业的关系,提升学科整体实力。
Being different is the lifeline for universities,and niche development has become an important trend in higher education reform and worldwide development.There are several issues that universities specializing in Finance and Economics need to be dealed with when developing their unique characteristics,such as the relationship between being different and being part of the mainstream so that universities can hold on to traditions while keeping up with the times;the relationship between being different and reaching top notch status in to buildung an elite research universitiy;the relationship between being different and strengthening general education in cultivating practical,innovative talents with a sound knowledge base;the relationship between specialty majors and standard majors in improving the overall strength of the disciplines.
