摘要 本文通过对葛根进行热风干燥试验,研究了干燥温度及切片厚度对干燥后葛根中黄酮类物质含量的影响。试验得出在干燥温度为160℃,葛根切片厚度为2mm时,干燥后葛根黄酮百分含量最高为0.99%,此时葛根干燥所需时间为45min;当干燥温度为180℃,葛根切片厚度为1mm时,干燥后葛根黄酮含量为0.82%,干燥所需时间最短为23min。 In this paper,the effects of drying temperature and slice thickness on the content of flavonoids in Pueraria lobata were studied by hot air drying test.The results showed that when the drying temperature was 160℃and the thickness of Pueraria lobata was 2mm,the content of flavonoids in Pueraria lobata was the highest after drying was 0.99%,and the drying time of Pueraria lobata lobata was 45min.When the drying temperature was 180℃and the thickness of Pueraria lobata slices was 1mm,the content of flavonoids in Pueraria lobata was 0.82%after drying,and the shortest drying time was 23min.
