网民关注视角下转基因食品安全问题的思考

摘要 转基因技术是利用现代生物技术将某些生物的基因片段,转移到目的生物的基因组中改造生物遗传信息,达到培育新品种目的的一种技术。转基因食品主要指的是以转基因生物为原料进行加工或者直接作为食物的食品。转基因技术在增产增收、改善食物营养品质和贮存等方面优势明显,但是其安全性却受到较大的质疑,许多人认为该类型食物有着较大的潜在性危害,人体食用过多转基因食品后会产生不可逆的损害。基于此本文主要围绕转基因食品的安全展开探讨,并就理性对待转基因食品方面提出相关意见和见解,促进转基因食品良性发展。 Transgenic technology is a technology that uses modern biotechnology to transfer gene fragments of some organisms to the genome of the target organism to modify the genetic information of organisms so as to achieve the goal of breeding new varieties.Genetically modified food mainly refers to food processed from genetically modified organisms or directly used as food.Genetically modified technology has obvious advantages in increasing production and income,improving nutritional quality and storage of food,but its safety has been greatly questioned.Many people believe that this type of food has great potential hazards,and human body will have irreversible damage after eating too much genetically modified food.Based on this,this paper mainly discusses the safety of genetically modified food,and puts forward relevant opinions and opinions on the rational treatment of genetically modified food,so as to promote the healthy development of genetically modified food.
