摘要
党的十九大报告中,明确把乡村振兴战略与科教兴国战略、人才强国战略、创新驱动发展战略、区域协调发展战略、可持续发展战略、军民融合发展战略并列为党和国家未来发展的"七大战略"。作为乡村总体发展的核心,乡村产业振兴体现出其对于乡村经济、文化、人才等的重要性与必要性。本文以四川省南充市仪陇县为重点研究对象,基于仪陇县柑橘示范园区的规划策略进行思考,探究乡村产业振兴与乡村全面振兴之间不可或缺的重要联系。
In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the strategy of rural rejuvenation and the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,the strategy of strengthening the country by talents,the strategy of innovation-driven development,the strategy of regional coordinated development,the strategy of sustainable development and the strategy of military-civilian integration are clearly listed as the seven strategies for the future development of the Party and the country.As the core of the overall rural development,the revitalization of rural industry reflects its importance and necessity for rural economy,culture and talents.Based on the planning strategy of Citrus demonstration park in Yilong County,Nanchong City,this paper explores the indispensable and important relationship between the revitalization of rural industry and the overall revitalization of rural areas.
