摘要
高校辅导员是大学生健康成长、成才的指导者和引路人,其所掌握话语权的效力关系到学生教育管理工作能否顺利开展。新媒体以其信息量大、使用便捷、互动及时等特点,深受当代大学生的青睐。辅导员相对于大学生的信息优势和权威性逐渐被削弱,辅导员的话语权不断弱化。因此,高校辅导员应充分运用"互联网+"思维,将新媒体技术与大学生思想政治教育紧密结合,开创思想政治教育新局面。
University counselors play an important role in giving advice and guidance to students in their healthy growth and development.The effectiveness of their discourse power is related to the smooth development of education management.New media,characterized by large amount of information,convenience and timely interaction,is deeply favored by contemporary university students.The counselor's information superiority and authority over college students is weakened gradually,and the counselor's discourse power is weakened constantly.Therefore,university counselors should make full use of the"Internet+"thinking,which closely combine the new media technology with the undergraduate ideological and political education,to create a new situation of ideological and political education.
