摘要
通过调研江西气象科普基础设施、人才队伍、活动开展等方面了解掌握江西气象科普现状,分析了气象科普工作存在的顶层设计不够完善、气象科普形式陈旧、高素质科普人才缺乏、财政投入不足等问题,并提出了确立新思想指导气象科普工作、加强全省气象科普顶层设计、探索"互联网+"的气象科普方式、强化极端天气科普宣传力度、加强气象科普队伍建设、加大气象科普财政投入等改进对策与建议。
Through investigation and research,this paper understands and grasps the present situation of meteorological science popularization in Jiangxi province from the aspects of infrastructure,talent troop and activity development,analyzes the problems existing in the work of meteorological science popularization,such as renewal of guiding ideology,imperfect top-level design,obsolete forms of meteorological science popularization,lack of high-quality science popularization talents and insufficient financial input,etc.We should establish new ideas and guide meteorological science popularization work,strengthen the top level design of meteorological science popularization,explore the meteorological popularization mode of"Internet+",strengthen the popularization of extreme weather science,strengthen the construction of meteorological science popularization team,and increase the investment in meteorological science popularization.
