摘要
汽车高速行驶时的气动噪声成为用户抱怨的主要问题之一。现今对于车外气动噪声的研究主要集中于后视镜区域,对于来流方向的汽车引擎盖的研究相对较少。文章运用star ccm+稳态分析方法,对比引擎盖-4.5°、0°和4.5°三种后缘角度的流场特性,分析其对于前挡风玻璃及侧窗区域气动噪声的影响。结果表明,引擎盖后缘角度对前挡风玻璃区域的气动噪声影响很大,对于侧窗区域气动噪声有一定影响,4.5°后缘角度对前挡风玻璃区域有较好的降噪效果。
The aerodynamic noise of vehicles at high speed has become one of the main complaints of users.At present,the research on external aerodynamic noise mainly focuses on the mirror area,and the research on the automobile engine hood in the direction of flow is relatively few.In this paper,the star ccm+steady analysis is used to compare the flow field characteristics of three kinds of trailing edge angle,-4.5,0,and 4.5 degree,and to analyze the aerodynamic noise effects on the front windshield and side window area.The results show that the trailing edge angle has a great effect on the aerodynamic noise of the front windshield area,and has a certain effect on the aerodynamic noise of the side window area.The angle of 4.5 degree has a good performance on the windshield area.
