摘要
"忠义"源于中国传统儒家文化,其历史源远流长,影响深远。正确的"忠义观"对于当代基层领导干部营造良好的政治生态具有不可否认的积极作用,当前直接表现在对党忠诚。但是随着时代的发展,也衍生出诸如忠义观的募化、官场"主仆风""江湖化"乃至人身依附等危害国家政治生态的错误观念。要从建立基层忠诚组织文化与良性政治生态的构建与治理制度、避免忠诚变异为人身依附、从制度上大力肃清忠义组织文化、去"江湖化"、走出"义气"漩涡、营造正确"忠义"生态氛围等方面着手,帮助基层领导干部树立正确的忠义观,这对于打造"山清水秀"的政治生态十分必要。
The“loyalty and righteousness”originates from the Chinese ancient Confucian culture,it hasa long history,and profound influence.The correct“concept of loyalty and righteousness”has played a positive role for the grassroots leaders to establish a good political environment.But with the development of the society,it also derives some misconception shazarding national political ecology,such as returning the inferior’s loyalty with the superior’s benefaction,officialdom,“code of brotherhood”and personal attachment,etc..From the following aspects to establish the correct loyalty and righteousness at the grassroots leader level and the benign political ecology and governance policy,which is very necessary for creating the picturesque scenery of political ecology,such as establishing organizational culture of grassroots loyalty and positive political ecology and management system,avoiding the change from loyalty to personal attachment,clearing up the organizational culture of loyalty and righteousness,stepping out of the brotherhood code,and constructing correct ecological atmosphere of loyalty and righteousness,etc..
