摘要
加强新生代企业家的培养,有利于引领区域经济转型升级和可持续发展。在文献综述基础上,简述国内外新生代企业家成长环境的规律,运用调查问卷、图表等实证研究方法,阐明新生代企业家成长面临的困境及其影响因素。研究结果表明:新生代企业家的素质和能力决定其企业发展战略的制定水平、实施效果甚至成败,而后天教育所获得的知识、经验、技术、责任等能力,是其成为社会精英的必备条件。如何从政府规划层面加强新生代企业家专业素养、社会责任、法律意识的培养,还需进一步健全市场信用经济体系、简政放权、搭建平台、构建社会认同机制。
Strengthening the cultivation of cenozoic entrepreneurs is beneficial to leading the transformation,upgrading and sustainable development of the regional economy.Based on the literature review,the article briefly described the rules of the growth environment of cenozoic entrepreneurs at home and abroad.By using questionnaires,charts and other empirical research methods,the article clarified the dilemma and influencing factors by the growth of cenozoic entrepreneurs.Research results show that:the quality and ability of the cenozoic entrepreneurs determine the level,the implementation of results,and even the success or failure of their enterprise development strategy.The knowledge,experience,skills,responsibilities and other abilities acquired through education are absolute must for them to become an elite in society.How to strengthen the growth of the cenozoic entrepreneurs’professionalism,social responsibility,legal awareness training from the perspective of government planning level,is awaiting for improving the market credit economy system,simplifying decentralization,establishing platform and building a social identity mechanism.
