基于工程应用能力培养的本科教学质量保障体系构建——以滨州学院“3+2”对口贯通机械专业建设为例 被引量:5

摘要 "3+2"对口贯通机械专业教学中存在着人才培养目标及模式不清晰,资源互补优势发挥不充分,高职-本科衔接课程设置不合理,课程标准和评价方式不能很好适应现代职业教育要求等问题。文章以滨州学院为例,提出了面向区域内制造类岗位群的、以"机械工程应用能力"培养为目标的人才培养模式,构建了内涵式衔接的课程体系和质量评价标准,对于"3+2"对口贯通分段培养的顺利实施具有非常重要的指导意义。 Problems are existing in the teaching of mechanical major under the mode of"3+2"counterpart-through training,such as unclear goal and model of talents cultivating,insufficient role of complementary advantages of resources,unreasonable setting of bridging courses between higher vocational college and undergraduate university,and poor adaptability of curriculum standards and evaluation methods to modern vocational education.Taking Binzhou University as an example,this paper proposes a talent training model that aims at cultivating"practical ability of mechanical engineering"for manufacturing jobs in the region,and constructs a connotative curriculum system and quality evaluation standard,which is of great guiding significance for the implementation of"3+2"segment cultivation.
