摘要
法医物证鉴定是以法医物证为研究对象,以提供科学证据为目的,研究应用生命科学技术解决与人体有关的生物检材鉴定的一门学科,具有科学性和法律性的双重属性。在分析法医物证鉴定国内外标准化现状及存在问题的基础上,提出了专业标准体系构建的目标和原则,阐述了标准体系的结构和内容。法医物证标准体系框架由基础标准、技术标准和管理标准构成,为法医物证鉴定提供依据和指导。
Forensic genetics is a discipline that solves the bio-materials examination related to human body,studies the application of life science technology and aims at presenting the scientific evidence.Forensic genetic identification has the dual attributes of science and law,and must meet the basic requirements of being scientific,standardized and reliable.On the basis of analyzing the standardization status and existing problems of forensic genetic identification at home and abroad,the objective and principles of constructing its professional standard system were put forward,and the structure and contents of the standard system were expounded.The framework of forensic genetics standard system is composed of basic standards,technical standards and management standards,which provides basis and guidance for forensic genetic identification.
