摘要
目的观察凝胶体位垫联合伤口敷料贴在预防脊柱后路手术患者发生压力性损伤的效果。方法 2016年5月至2017年5月,便利抽样法选取于某三级医院行脊柱后路手术患者61例为研究对象。按入院先后将其分为对照组(2016年5-11月,n=30)和观察组(2016年12月至2017年5月,n=31)。观察组患者术中在受压部位处使用凝胶体位垫联合伤口敷料贴,对照组患者术中受压部位使用凝胶体位垫。比较两组患者术后压力性损伤的发生率及等级。结果观察组仅发生1例Ⅰ期压力性损伤;对照组发生6例压力性损伤,其中Ⅰ期压力性损伤4例,Ⅱ期压力性损伤2例,两组患者压力性损伤发生率分别为3.23%和20.00%,差异有统计意义(χ~2=4.223,P=0.040)。结论凝胶体位垫联合伤口敷料贴可以明显降低脊柱后路手术患者压力性损伤的发生率,该方法安全、经济、方便,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of gel posture mat combined with wound dressing on prevention pressure injury in patients with posterior spinal operation.Methods A total of 61 patients who received posterior spinal operation in the hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were divided into two groups,with 31 cases in the experimental group(from December 2016 to May 2017)and 30 cases in the control group(from May to November 2016).Patients in the experimental group were treated with wound dressing before placed in the gel posture mat,while patients in the control group were positioned in the conventional sponge pad directly.The incidence and severity of pressure injury were compared between the two groups.Results Only one patient had stageⅠpressure injury in experimental group,but six patients in control group had pressure ingury with 4 cases in stage I and 2 cases in stageⅡ.The overall prevalence of pressure injury in experimental group reduced significantly than that of control group,3.23%and 20.99%,respectively;the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.223,P=0.040).Conclusions The application of the gel posture mat combined with wound dressing can prevent pressure injury in patients with posterior spinal operation.It is a safe,economical and convenient method,which is wroth of clinical ap plication.
