摘要
目的探讨无缝隙护理在严重多发性创伤患者急诊抢救中的作用。方法 2016年1月至2017年12月,回顾性分析解放军第153中心医院急诊科接诊的严重多发性创伤患者180例的临床资料。按入院先后将其分为对照组(2016年1-12月)和观察组(2017年1-12月),每组90例。对照组患者采用常规急救护理,而观察组患者采用无缝隙护理。比较2组患者的接诊时间、急诊检查时间、术前抢救时间、抢救效果、护理不良事件及投诉率等。结果观察组患者的接诊时间、急诊检查时间、术前抢救时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者的抢救成功率为95.56%,高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理不良事件发生率及投诉率分别为6.67%、2.22%,与对照组的17.78%和10.00%比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论无缝隙护理在严重多发性创伤患者急诊抢救中作用显著,可提高抢救成功率,降低护理不良事件的发生。
Objective To explore the role of seamless nursing management in emergency treatment of patients with severe multiple trauma.Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,180 patients with severe multiple trauma were selected from the emergency department by convenience sampling method.They were divided into 2 groups by a random number table,and there were 90 cases in each group.The control group(from January to December 2016)received routine emergency nursing management and the experimental group(from January to December 2017)used seamless nursing management.The admission time,examination time in the emergency department,preoperative rescue time,rescue effect,nursing adverse events,complaint rate were compared between two groups.Results The patients admission time,emergency examination time and preoperative rescue time of the experimental group were all significantly shorter than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The rescue success rate was 95.56%in the experimental group and 86.67%in the control group,and the rescue success rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).The rates of adverse events and complaints were 6.67%and 2.22%in the experimental group,17.78%and 10.00%in the control group,and the differences were stastically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions Seamless nursing management plays a significant role in emergency rescue of patients with severe multiple trauma,which can improve the success rate of rescue and reduce the occurrence of adverse nursing events.
