摘要
针对消防救援时间衡量、机场消防保障等级和多跑道消防救援设施配备等规划难点,结合国际和国内规范对民用运输机场消防救援能力的要求,在对民用运输机场消防保障等级、飞行区等级、消防救援时间、救援路线、消防车辆性能和最小泡沫喷射率等消防救援概念进行分析的基础上,提出了大型民用运输机场消防站设置位置、消防站规模、跑道消防流量和消防车辆配置的技术思路。
In view of the planning difficulties of fire fighting and rescue time,airport fire fighting support grade and multi-runway fire fighting and rescue facilities,combined with the requirements of international and domestic norms for the fire fighting and rescue capability of civil transport airports,based on the analysis of the fire fighting support grade,flight area grade,fire fighting and rescue time,rescue route,fire vehicle performance and the minimum foam injection rate,this paper puts forward the technical ideas of fire station location,fire station scale,fire fighting flow of runway and fire vehicle configuration in large civil transport airport.
