摘要 空燃比的控制精准度直接影响着加热炉排烟成分、加热效率、工艺能耗、产品质量、减排、环保等诸多指标。文章通过对某厂特钢加热炉改造过程中实施变频风机与自动调节阀联调优化的方式为加热炉供配风的工程实践,实现了加热炉动态供热过程中的空燃比的稳定控制,实现了加热车间节能减排,提质增效的效果。 The control accuracy of air-fuel ratio of reheating furnace directly influences the components of smoke exhaust,heating efficiency,process energy consumption,product quality,emission reduction,environmental protection and many other indexes.In the paper,the method of optimizing the coupling between the inverter fan and the automatic regulating valve in the renovation process of a special steel heating furnace in a factory is the engineering practice of the heating furnace supplying wind,the air fuel ratio stability control in the process of heating furnace dynamic heating is realized,which realizes the efficiency of energy saving,reducing emission,increasing quality and efficiency.
