摘要
以1,6-己二胺(HMD)为模板剂,由麦羟硅钠石转晶制备的ZSM-5沸石分子筛在模板剂未被烧除的情况下对水中铜离子(Cu^(2+))有良好的吸附作用,并从溶液化学角度如:吸附时间、pH值、温度等方面,考察了含有HMD的ZSM-5沸石分子筛对水溶液中Cu^(2+)的吸附行为。结果表明,以HMD为模板剂的ZSM-5分子筛对水中Cu^(2+)的吸附在pH=6的条件下吸附容量最大;由Langmuir模型计算出当Cu^(2+)水溶液pH=6、温度为318K时,HMD为模板剂的ZSM-5沸石分子筛对Cu^(2+)的最大吸附量为86.96mg/g;热力学数据表明,HMD为模板剂的ZSM-5沸石分子筛对Cu^(2+)的吸附行为是吸热、自发的过程;动力学数据表明,该过程符合准二级动力学方程,属于物理吸附过程。HMD为模板剂的ZSM-5沸石分子筛可以作为一种新型吸附剂。
ZSM-5 zeolite synthesized from magadiite using 1,6-hexamethylenediamine(HMD)as template shows good ability in adsorption of Cu 2+from aqueous solution.Effects of parameters(contact time,pH value,temperature,etc)on the adsorption of Cu 2+onto ZSM-5 were investigated by batch techniques.The adsorption of Cu 2+on ZSM-5 is significantly influenced by pH value,and the highest adsorption is obtained at pH=6.The maximum adsorption capacity of Cu 2+on ZSM-5 calculated by Langmuir model at pH=6 and 318 K is 86.96 mg/g.The thermodynamic parameters calculated by temperature-dependent isotherms indicate that the adsorption of Cu 2+on ZSM-5 is an endothermal and spontaneous process.The data of adsorption kinetics is well fitted with pseudo-second-order kinetic model,and this process can be attributed to the physical absorption.Results indicate that ZSM-5 zeolite containing with HMD potentially serves as a promising adsorbent.
