摘要
本试验旨在研究假药提取物对断奶仔猪回肠黏膜屏障的影响。将80头21日龄断奶仔猪随机分为4组,分别在基础日粮中添加0、50、100、200 mg/kg假药提取物,饲喂28 d。分别测定仔猪的生长性能、血清生化指标以及回肠组织形态、通透性和回肠黏膜中相关连接蛋白的mRNA表达。结果表明:日粮中添加50 mg/kg假药提取物可显著提高断奶仔猪平均日采食量和日增重(P<0.05);假药提取物能显著降低仔猪血清中D-乳酸、内毒素以及二胺氧化酶浓度(P<0.05),改善回肠黏膜形态;显著提高了仔猪回肠黏膜中咬合蛋白、封闭蛋白-1和钠氢离子交换蛋白-3 mRNA表达(P<0.05)。上述结果表明,日粮中添加假药提取物能改善仔猪回肠黏膜形态、降低肠道通透性、上调紧密连接蛋白和钠氢离子交换蛋白的mRNA表达,从而保护断奶仔猪肠道黏膜屏障功能。
The study was conducted to investigate the effects of Piper sarmentosum extracts(PSE)on intestinal morphology and intestinal permeability of weaned piglets.A total of eighty 21-d-old weaned piglets were selected and randomly allocated into four treatment groups with five replicates of 4 pigs each.Pigs were fed a basal diet supplemented with PSE at 0,50,100 and 200 mg/kg for 28 days.The results show that the diet supplemented with PSE at 50 mg/kg increased the average daily gain and average daily feed intake of piglets(P<0.05).Meanwhile,diet PSE supplementation reduced the levels of DAO,D-LA and ET-1 in serum of piglets(P<0.05),and improved ileum morphology of weaned piglets.Compared with the control group,the mRNA expression of Occludin,Claudin-1 and NHE-3 in ileum of weaned piglets fed diets with PSE increased significantly(P<0.05).The conclusion showed that diet supplementation with PSE could improve ileum morphology and tight junction protein expression,and decrease intestinal permeability,and then protect intestinal mucosal barrier function in weaned piglets.
