摘要
采用KF-480非离子型与JYK-ANS阳离子型两种不同的抗静电剂分别对腈纶仿羊绒纱线进行功能整理。将纱线织成针织物后,通过测试织物的静电压峰值及半衰期,比较两种抗静电剂的抗静电效果,并研究了JYK-ANS阳离子型抗静电剂的最佳工艺参数。结果表明:KF-480非离子型抗静电剂适合一次性的抗静电整理;而JYK-ANS阳离子型抗静电剂的抗静电效果和耐久性均较好,并且,该抗静电剂对腈纶仿羊绒纱线进行整理的最佳工艺参数为:抗静电剂质量浓度30g/L、烘燥温度90℃、烘燥时间5min。
The cashmere-like acrylic yarns were finished with KF-480 non-ionic antistatic agent and JYK-ANS cationic antistatic agent,respectively.Then the electrostatic peak value and half period of their knitted fabrics were tested.The antistatic performance of two kinds of antistatic agents was compared,and the optimum processing parameters of JYK-ANS cationic antistatic agent were investigated.The experimental result showed that KF-480 non-ionic antistatic agent is suitable for one-off antistatic finishing.By contrast,JYK-ANS cationic antistatic agent has better antistatic effect and durability than the former.The best parameters of JYK-ANS are as following:concentration 30 g/L,baking temperature 90℃,and baking time 5 min.
