摘要
运用文献资料法等对"体育+设施、教育、文化、健康、旅游和赛事"的精准扶贫模式进行研究。研究表明:体育精准扶贫是通过体育的方式对贫困人民进行精准帮扶,实现贫困人民持续脱贫的精准扶贫模式;体育设施精准扶贫能提高贫困地区体育设施供给,体育教育精准扶贫是阻断贫困代际传递的关键之策,体育文化精准扶贫能激发贫困人民脱贫的内生动力,体育健康精准扶贫是防止因病致贫和因病返贫的务实之举,体育旅游精准扶贫可以实现贫困地区持续性脱贫,体育赛事扶贫可以助力贫困人民脱贫。
Using literature reviews and other research methods to study the model in the perspectives of"sports+facilities,education,culture,health,tourism and competitions"of targeted poverty alleviation model.The research shows that the targeted poverty alleviation of sports is an offering help for poor people to get through the poverty by sports.The targeted poverty alleviation of sports facilities can improve the supply of sports facilities in poor areas.In terms of sports education,it prevents from the poverty caused by diseases.From the perspective of tourism,sports tourism helps people get away from the poverty continuously.Sports events create opportunities in regions to generate profits from variety of competitions.
