摘要
设计了一种高速铁路电务轨旁设备变化巡检系统对电务轨旁设备的机械特性进行检查。该系数充分利用机器视觉等技术,自动识别电务轨旁设备的变化,有效指导电务轨旁设备维修。通过分析在某试验线运用考核期间进行的试验数据,分别从数据采集、数据管理和数据分析的角度,验证了系统总体构架和设计功能。该系统通过计算L0范数/面积的最小值,将检测图像和历史图像进行图像配准。配准后L0范数/面积均小于0. 1,能够有效地识别电务轨旁设备的变化。
A kind of patrol inspection system of high speed railway signal and communication trackside equipment appearance change was designed to inspect the mechanical properties of signal and communication trackside equipment.This system uses advanced machine vision and other technologies to identify the equipment appearance changes and effectively guide maintenance and repair.By analyzing the test data of one test line during the application assessment,the overall architecture and design function of this system were verif ied from the aspects of data collection,data management and data analysis.By calculating the minimum value of the L0 norm/area,the detection image and the historical image were registered.After registered,L0 norm/area was less than 0.1,and can effectively identify the equipment appearance changes.
