新近吹填淤泥新型真空预压排水系统的研发 被引量:4

摘要 新近吹填淤泥目前主要采用真空预压二次处理技术(浅层+深层)进行加固,施工成本较高、工期较长。基于新近吹填淤泥的真空固结机理,提出优化现行真空预压排水系统的新思路,依托广州港南沙港区三期工程软基处理II区工程,开展新型真空预压排水系统现场试验研究。结果表明,新近吹填淤泥经地基新型真空预压排水系统加固后,达到设计要求,解决了现行真空预压排水系统应用于新近吹填淤泥地基时所存在的排水板堵塞、真空压力传递效率低下等问题,且有效地缩短工期、节约成本;基于真空压力传递特性及最终加固效果,方案3 (原生料防淤堵型整体式排水板+专用接头+水平排水板+粉细砂垫层)更适用于新近吹填淤泥地基。 The two times treatment technology(shallow&depth)is used to reinforce the fresh hydraulic reclaimation silt foundation,and the construction cost is high and the duration is long.Based on the vacuum consolidation mechanism of fresh hydraulic reclaimation silt foundation,we put forward the new idea of optimizing the vacuum preloading drainage system.Based on Guangzhou Nansha port phase III relamation silt foundation improvement district II project,we study a new type of vacuum preloading and drainage system.The results show that fresh hydraulic reclaimation silt foundation which is reinforced by the new type vacuum preloading drainage system,can reach the design requirements.The new system solve the problem such as drainage plate to plug,vacuum pressure transfer efficiency low when traditional vacuum preloading drainage system is applied in fresh hydraulic reclaimation silt foundation,and can effectively shorten the time limit and save cost.Based on the characteristics of vacuum pressure transmission and final consolidation effect,scheme 3(the original raw materials of anti clogging type whole drainage plate+special joint+horizontal drainage plate+silty sand cushion)is more applicable to fresh hydraulic reclaimation silt foundation.
