摘要
在原油长距离输送过程中,冲刷腐蚀是一直威胁管道运输安全的重要因素之一。在冲蚀的过程中,管道内流场及砂粒粒径变化导致砂粒冲蚀机理变得十分复杂。为了研究动态条件下,砂粒粒径对于管道冲刷腐蚀规律的影响,以X80管线钢为研究对象,采用旋转圆柱电极装置结合电化学法和失重法,研究X80管线钢在不同砂粒粒径下的多相流中(0.5%砂+3%NaCl的水溶液)的冲刷腐蚀行为,通过对失质量、电化学阻抗谱以及tafel曲线进行分析表明:X80管线钢的质量损失速率出现先增大后减小的现象,砂粒粒径在120~212μm时存在临界砂粒粒径,对应的临界质量损失速率为1.1163 mg/(cm^2·h);在上述粒径下,腐蚀电流密度和反应电阻出现极大值和极小值。因此,粒径在120~212μm时,砂粒对X80钢的冲蚀损害最大。
In the long distance transmission process of crude oil,erosion corrosion is always the major factor threatens the transmission security of pipelines.In the erosion process,the flow field and sand particle sizes in pipelines will change,resulting in complex sand particle erosion mechanism.In order to study the influence of sand particle sizes on pipeline erosion corrosion laws under dynamic conditions,and taking X80 pipeline steel as the study object,the erosion corrosion behavior of X80 pipeline steel in multiphase flow(0.5%sand+3%aqueous solution of NaCl)under different sand particle sizes is studied by the rotating cylindrical electrode device,electrochemical method,and weight loss method.Through analyzing the quality loss,electrochemical impedance spectrum and the tafel curve,the results show that the mass loss rate of X80 pipeline steel increases first and then decreases,and when the sand particle size is 120 to 212μm,there is a critical size,and corresponding critical mass loss rate is 1.1163 mg/(cm^2·h);under the above particle size,the maximum and minimum value of the corrosion current density and the reaction resistance appear.Therefore,the erosion of X80 is the most serious when the sand particle size is 120 to 212μm.
