摘要
目前河口采油厂共有注水井991口,开井649口,平均井口油压15 MPa。针对河口采油厂注水过程中存在的注水系统高耗低效,注水设施老化,井口水质合格率低,稠油油藏水患突出,系统失稳,灌注不分,断块油田井间、层间注水压力差异大,水井压力低及欠注等问题,探索实施了多级分压注水和分时分压脉冲注水两种分压注水模式,对"赋闲"和高耗低效管网进行合站优化改造,实施了油田灌注布局优化调整,变"远调"为"近注",并应用了混合泵、阶梯泵组合优化提效措施。注水方案改进后,注水泵站噪声由改进前的85~95 dB降到目前的50~60 dB,泵效提高了2%~8%,并大幅节约了维修费用。
At present,in Hekou Oil Production Plant there are 991 water injection wells,649 wells are opened,and the average wellhead oil pressure is 15 MPa.The water injection pump in Hekou Oil Production Plant has problems such as the high consumption and low efficiency of water injection system,the water injection facilities are aging,the qualification rate of wellhead water is low,the water accidents in heavy oil reservoirs are prominent,the system is unstable,the pouring and injection are not divided,the difference of water injection pressure between wells and layers in block oilfields,the pressure and injection of water wells are insufficient.In view of above problems,multi-stage partial pressure water injection mode and time sharing partial pressure water injection mode are explored and implemented.The"out-of-work"and high-consumption and low-efficiency pipe networks are merged,optimized and transformed.The optimization and adjustment of the oilfield pouring and injection distribution are carried out,the"far diversion"is changed into"near injection",and the combined effect-raising measures of the mixed pumps and the ladder pumps are applied.After the improvement of the real water scheme,the noise of the water injection pump station is reduced from 85 to 95 dB before the transformation,to the present 50 to 60 dB,the pump efficiency is improved by 2%to 8%,and the maintenance cost is greatly saved.
