摘要
为更加有效的利用磷渣废料,在确定石英砂级配、减水剂掺量、胶砂比、消泡剂掺量的基础上利用10~20目磷渣、20~40目磷渣分别取代石英砂制备硅酸盐水泥基灌浆料,通过测试灌浆料强度和流动度,研究磷渣代砂对水泥基灌浆料工作性和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,通过正交试验得出石英砂最佳级配为10~20目∶20~40目∶40~70目∶70~120目=2∶1∶3∶3;通过单因素试验确定灌浆料的基础配合比为减水剂0.4%,胶砂比1∶1,消泡剂0.2%。采用粒径为10~20、20~40目的磷渣分别等粒径取代石英砂配制水泥基灌浆料是可行的,且两者取代率均为100%时,配制的灌浆料的工作性能和力学性能仍能满足要求。
This experiment based on determining the quartz sand gradation,superplasticizer,cement sand ratio,10-20 mesh 20-40 mesh of phosphorus slag were used respectively to replace quartz sand to prepare Portland cement based grouting material in order to utilize phosphorus slag waste effectively.Via macro testing the strength and flow degree of grout,researching the effect of workability and mechanical performance of cement based grouting slurry from Phosphorous slag replacing sand.The results(from orthogonal experiment)show that Grading of quartz sand 10~20 mesh∶20~40 mesh∶40~70 mesh∶70-120 mesh=2∶1∶3∶3;single factor test was adopted to determine the basic mixture ratio of grouting material,water reducer 0.4%,cement sand ratio 1∶1,defoaming agent 0.2%.The diameter of 10~20,20 to 40 object of phosphorous slag such as particle size,respectively,to replace quartz sand preparation of cement grouting material is feasible,and both replace rate were 100%,the preparation of the grouting material performance and mechanical properties can meet the requirements.
