摘要
上海新华医院儿科综合楼建设项目空间布局复杂、机电系统繁多,运维难度大,传统的建设运营模式已无法满足施工需求。通过应用BIM技术对建筑设计、招投标、施工、运输等建造全过程进行管控,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。其经验可为类似工程提供借鉴。
Due to the complicated spatial layout,various electromechanical systems,and difficult operation and maintenance,the traditional construction and operation mode cannot meet the construction requirement for the pediatric comprehensive building project of Shanghai Xinhua Hospital building.Through the application of BIM technology,the whole process of building design,bidding,construction,transportation,etc.has been managed and controlled,and good social and economic benefits have been achieved.Its experience can provide a reference for similar projects.
